Game crashes constantly at chapter 7 can't get past solar array door.

how come when i try and copy and paste the fairlight file to disk one or disk 2 it say need 4kb space needed, or when doing the same with the application it says you can`t create a shortcut here. and when i try and run the first disk with out the crack it prompts me with an activation code.
